Anyhow, it is the right approach – as it is up the the University Admin to create a culture which won’t allow such transgressions or to manage to curb such immediately in case happening. Harvard, Columbia, MIT etc. have already lost all credibility. Their own fault – they could have selected competent management instead of that woke, ideologically brainwashed alibi personell.
It takes ages to build a reputation yet only few days to tear it down, like in these cases
