The author and his alleged “expert” are highly selective in cherry picking their assertions.
The Palestinian governments, both Hamas and the PA, are illegal under Palestinian law. They must be disbanded and replaced by any means necessary. Of course the hostages held in Gaza must be returned immediately and proof of life must me provided. That is international law.
In addition the attacks by Hamas and its accomplices are by definition war crimes, therefore Israel’s proportional response is entirely legitimate. ~40% of the casualties are combatants, a fact that Hamas intentionally conceals in it’s faux “statistics”. From false data one draws false conclusions, which is what MEMO, a Hamas aligned organ, wants one to believe.
