The immense amount of rubble generated in Gaza over these last six months can be D9’ed over to the coast to create causeways and sea barriers, thus more ports for the post war Gazan fishing and tourism sectors. The amount of area lost due to the need of expanding the safety zones within Gaza, can be recuperated by the pushing of rubble into the big sea. Slow expansion of the Gazan economy will take years with lots of checks and balances to keep the jihadi militia members to a minimum, and their affiliated groups like UNRWA with new more humane missions. The Gazans will probably never afford to pay the retribution they caused by starting this war, but at least they can start over. Many will adapt to tent living as some of their nomadic ancestors did. Luckily for the Gazans that tough it out and stay to rebuild, the will not have to worry about the armed jihadis, that will be rounded up with their relatives, and transferred to pro jihadi host nations. The question of retribution being paid to Israel, for triggering this awful war, could partially be paid by the nations that funded Hamas and other Gazan combatants. Perhaps, the retribution could be in the form of ceasing to stir up chaos upon the beautiful Arabian Peninsula, but the interfering expansionist nations like Iran and Turkey, will probably try to continue to sabotage the peninsula economies and ways of life.
