Re: Has the two-state solution been jeopardised?

At the League of Nations in 1922, there were 44 Christian countries and only one Muslim country – then known as Persia but today as Iran – deciding the fate of Palestine which had a population of 90% Muslims, 10% Christians, and 0% Jews. Too many of the Muslim countries at that time were colonized by the powerful Western countries who were determined to make Palestine the state of the Jews that they themselves did not want them in their own countries. Today, there are over 33 Muslim countries who gained their Independence since then and joined the UN – and therefore, there would be no way that the Jews would even attempt to have their state in Palestine was that many Muslims having a say at the UN.
