Leaving Rafah will result in increased security for civilians in Rafah who should have the option of leaving for Egypt or towards the north of Gaza for safety. “UN experts” here is an oxymoron.

Hamas has the option of releasing the remaining hostages and surrendering peacefully, escaping through some of the remaining tunnels where they will be welcomed by the likes of Turkey or Qatar or dying. Which will they pick – door #1, door #2 or door #3?
