I think the reason that Germany decided to become their best friend after World War II was because the Germans do understand that the European Jews have the ability as a group to damage its economies and the way they would have done it is by constantly reminding the world that the Germans are exterminators of the Jews. Therefore, the two groups – the Jews and the Germans – understood that it is to the best advantage of both of them to become friends.
