The UN should hold a general assembly vote to change the charter and eliminate the currently US compromised Security Council and replace it with a “safety council” whose members are replaced EACH TIME THE USE THEIR VETO. So, they are free to veto…once…but exercising that veto costs them their seat on the “Safety Council” and then they are replaced with another representative from another UN member state.
