Nice try. The migrants aren’t coming from the direction of Greece. Turkey could stop migrants at its shores. Rather than wait for Greece to send them back then use drones to take pictures for NGOs which it then uses to criticize Greeks for “illegal pushbacks”….while Turkey itself does pushbacks. Lame.
What would be fair to say is Turkey has taken more than its fair share of migrants. And it isn’t the only state virtue signalling over migrants while trying to keep them out.. Pretty much all countries are trying to keep them out. The principled approach would be to end this bs by rewriting international treaties to reflect what countries actually do to end this finger pointing game that just poisons relations globally..
