UNRWA are the only outsiders with boots on the ground in Gaza. How does Hamas mysteriously have the money to pay for thousands of rockets, hundreds of miles of sophisticated tunnels, building materials, heavy equipment, fuel, transportation, and to pay for hundreds of thousands of man hours in labor costs? Who else has the organization in Gaza to acquire this kind of misuse of materials that was supposed to be used for schools, hospitals, new housing units, etc????????? Please give an academic response.
