… the verdict is going to be mostly ignored!.
This is because most nations aren’t actually following the “human rights’ definitions they claim to stand for and fund. What they are actually doing is telling other countries to follow them while they ignore aspects of so-called “human rights” themselves. This is why the ICC, Human rights watch, Amnesty international, US State Department “Human rights’ reports, the UN, along with billions of others…… out to lunch ideologically.
We need need bodies and treaties that use tweaked, but still morally consistent, human rights definitions that match what nations are willing to do rather than just tell others what to do. The crux of the problem is how does one maintain a homeland if one cannot not show any sort of preference to one’s own group?
