The President is the face of foreign policy but unless it is ratified by Congress it is a meaningless bit of paper.
Amusingly Trump didn’t attempt to get any Abraham Accord ratified.
And, there isn’t an Arab or Muslim nation that doesn’t stand by a resolution for the Palestinian people.
The Abraham Accords were just a silly publicity stunt- totally meaningless. Has America changed its stance on Western Sahara? Not according to the State Department! Did America loan or grant monies to the Sudan? No! Did America sell certain weapons not previously allowed to a couple of Arab nations? No!
