The ICC doesn’t need divisions…they just need a pen to sign an order stating that since “Israel” has refused to comply with the order prohibiting “Israel” from committing genocide, that they are granting a blanket pardon to any nation, gang, terrorist organization, or other group of people who wish to engage in genocide upon “Israel”. Basically, if “Israel” won’t comply with protecting the Palestinians from genocide, then “Israel” will forfeit its right to be protected from genocide and killing all of the existing “Israelis” on Earth would then be legalized….which would, as an immediate step, cause any charges against Hamas for October 7th to be dropped and their prosecution cancelled.
