Your excitement over the uncounted deaths is a good clue to how the ICC should deal with “Israel’s” contempt of the court order telling “Israel” to halt immediately.
Now that “Israel” has flagrantly violated the order the ICC response should simply be…”We warned you and you chose not to listen…So now we will require “Israel” to turn over an equal number of its own citizens for execution. However many “Israel” kills is the number of its own citizens it will be required to turn over for execution….and if “Israel” refuses…then the court will approve of the use of nuclear weapons on “Israel” by any nation or other organization and complaints about such actions will not be allowed in the court by ANY nation.
“Israel” loves creating death…so now the court should allow them to practice some of that on their own citizens…or ALL of their citizens…whichever “Israel” prefers. We could call it the Masada Ruling…although its not precisely applicable since those “Israelis” at least had the decency to rid the world of their cowardly presence.
