Hundreds of families whose loved ones were murdered or kidnapped on October 7 and of fallen IDF soldiers are suing the Palestinian Authority and Gaza-based terrorist organizations for over 2 billion shekels ($540 million). If the lawsuit finds in favour of the families, the funds possibly could be appropriated by the frozen funding due to go to the P.A.., and the Gazan jihadis cash tunnels and auctioning off of the Captagon underground stored inventories. Also funds of the Gazan holy-war allies that have triggered the war, but the amount would need to be much higher to pay for the war expenses as well. Not sure if the non combatant Palestinians will be so participative in paying off the debt created by their rulers.
