It was a grave mistake for the UNRWA to grant the Gazan jihadis to use the schools and healthcare facilities to help fight the holy-war against Israel. Sooner or later, the UNRWA will need to be held responsible for their role in the promotion of war, and the consequential injuries, deaths and destruction. UNRWA seems to be an example of anti-culture.
