First of all, I doubt these UN claims are valid. Secondly, the aggressor in this war was not Israel, it was Gaza. They firing over 5,000 rockets into Israel on Oct. 7th., without warning and while committing 3 war crimes in the process. Now that Gaza is losing, (like they did in the previous four wars since 2006), they are crying “boo-hoo”, we are being slaughtered, our women and children are dying, we have no water, no food, no electricity, no health care and the list goes on. So why is Gaza now complaining when it was THEM who started this war to begin with? Why didn’t they think about these consequences before deciding to attack Israel? If they had kept those stupid rockets to themselves on 7th. Oct., none of this would be happening. I believe the answer is very simple. Gaza elected the terrorist proxy group Hamas in ’06, thinking they had a common goal (the elimination of Israel). While their common goal was true, their reasons for doing so were quite different. Gaza thought that Hamas was going to eliminate Israel on their behalf, but nothing could be further from the truth. Yes, Hamas wants to destroy Israel, but only per the wishes of the mullahs of Iran, not for the good of Gazans’. To achieve their goal, Hamas would see every person in Gaza killed, so long as they could achieve their own goal. The same is true for Lebanon who elected Hezbollah, (another Iran terrorist proxy), into their government. Now Lebanon is bankrupt and a failed state and the people are robbing banks just to get their own money out, how good is that?
