Fourteen Jordanians have been reported dead during the Hajj pilgrimage, due to preventable heat stroke, while seventeen are no where to be found. The ICC’s prosecutor Khan is considering bring charges of ‘crimes against humanity’ to the responsible authorities for not taking preventative actions to prevent deaths during peacetime. Alos the prosecutor is investigating if the missing Jordanians has been abducted and taken away in the Rafah-Makkah underground tunnelling.
