Yeah a lot of the grassroots support for Palestine you see today in the west started from Palestinian student groups/clubs in the universities. Their focus is always on BDS.
The PLO focuses on the diplomatic mission.
Hamas/other militants focus on resistance.
The diaspora focus on public opinion.
Each with their own pros/cons. If they were smart they’d unify their efforts but they cannot
