{A} – Over 70% of public facilities in Rafah are destroyed, 70% of Khan Yunis, Gaza City, etc. may be destroyed too.
{B} – Over one million Gazans have also been displaced, as a result of the Hamas War Crime aggressions on October 7.

{C} – The above destruction and displacement should remain the new Gaza Status Quo, to pressure Hamas to both:
