Consequences of what? The US President has no power- the end! The only thing they can be is diplomatic, eloquent, magnanimous and empathetic with the people.
The greatest failures, in my lifetime, have been Nixon – stupid! Kennedy and Clinton – scummy! Trump however took the position to a whole new level of farcical. Funniest President ever! Complete moron!
