Re: Israel: former security chief says ‘no end to occupation’ means ‘no democracy’

none of what you said disputes the fact that Israel has a dual legal system, one for Jewish citizens and a system of military justice for Palestinians.

None of what you have said disputes the fact that that Palestinians have no right of self determination and are not allowed to participate in the democratic processes in its occupying power.

None of what you have said disputes the fact that under military law Palestinians have not right to legal counsel, or any legal protections and may be held in indefinite detention at the pleasure of the Israeli state

None of what you have said disputes the fact that Palestinians routinely and arbitrarily have their homes, lands and property confiscated by Israeli Jewish citizens and Israeli state without compensation or redress. Israeli Jewish citizens usually use force and violence to confiscate Palestinian property. There is no redress for Palestinians.

None of what you have said disputes the fact that there is a dual education system in Israel which privileges and funds schools in Jewish communities with Jewish students over schools in Palestinian Arabs communities with Palestinian Arabs living in Israel

None of what you have said disputes the fact that Israel maintains control over the land sea and water borders of Gaza and West Bank, that Palestinians have no freedom of movement to leave or return to the barricaded enclaves called Gaza and West Bank

None of what you have said disputes the fact that Palestinians need a permit to travel outside of Gaza and West bank and if found outside without a permit, they are subject to military justice.

I could go on and on and one. However, I will stop here.
