{A} – Egypt and Hamas should be “preparing to increase water supply for Palestinians in Gaza, but
-1- Egypt is not going to risk becoming responsible for the Gaza Strip again, and
-2- Hamas only accepts responsibility for murdering Jews in Israel.
And,
{B} – Since the US, EU, and Israel should similarly seek to avoid responsibility, even if Gazans die,
and thus force Egypt, PLO, Hamas, or some other Arab states to accept responsibility for the Gaza.
