There is a hidden source of transportation that could liberate the donkeys and harness the disarmed jihadis. Essentially the jihadis can be used to supply the manual labor for transportation of water and goods to the Gazans. For seventeen years the jihadis have pilfered from the populace, and now in a sense of retribution they could make amends.
