Jerusalem has known many foreign rulers during the course of its long history, but none of them regarded it as their capital. Only the Jewish people has always maintained it as the sole center of its national and spiritual life.
Those were words of delusion spoken by a white man who considered his own European origin to be embarrassing and disgusting and therefore he would say anything to claim a piece of land in the Middle East where he does not belong. There was absolutely no way that the European man could have proven what he was claiming.
