It will maybe become effective at a later date, for a slightly different aiding (and abetting mission)
Maybe it just didn’t suit the proffesionalism of the US-Military operations.
At a later stage it will probably much more effective in aiding, when there is some infrastructure construction ongoing on the gaza coast for the much needed delivery of ressources.
As all other US-Military operations in the middle east showed before, there is some sort of ressources they are very well trained and skilled in securing it or to build infrastructure for its secured delivery.
I could not believe it will become in any kind much more effective before.
