{A} – The ICJ lost all credibility by doing nothing after October 7 for 7 months, and
{B} – The ICJ should consider that the Jewish State has rights, like every other state,
-1- to self-defense, which requires the elimination of All Gaza-based Jihadists (Hamas, PIJ, etc.),
-2- to try to liberate the abducted hostages too, even if
-3- Islamic Jihadist’s use of Gaza civilians & cities results in the massive death & destruction in Gaza, while
-4- the Jewish State of Israel exercises its legitimate self-defense rights.
