so I see we’re still trundling out this claim as ridiculous as it is on many levels. Of course the military wing of hamas etc use cities because, err I don’t know, maybe because the Gaza strip is only 367²km in size and is hyperpopulated. I live in a city twice the size of the Gaza strip with less than 1/5 of its population. The fact the can fit cities into an area less than half the size of even a small city like the one I live in says it all really. They are cramned in. There are no rolling fields in Gaza. There is nowhere to put the military except in heavily populated areas because that’s all there is. Honestly its such an illogical and lazy argument to justify Israel carrying out its wish to kill as many palestinians as they can.
However …
if you are to continue using it, then you have to admit or face being shown as a hypocrite, that israel is doing exactly the same thing in its own cities. Hezbollah recently released drone footage that showed israels locating of high value military locations, rocket arrays, air defences etc in Haifa, in populated urban areas of the city. When they release more we will see the same thing repeated over and over again. Israel is guilty of what they charge hamas with doing. Israel has no excuse for doing it. Hamas does.
