Without a doubt, Turkey has been one of the deadliest enemies of the Syrian people for so long and we do not know how soon the Syrian war would have ended if Turkey was not there supplying arms to the enemies of the state. In my mind, I have no doubt that Turkey is motivated by sectarian reasons – or else why was Turkey on very friendly terms with the Syrian government for so long before the Syrian war erupted in 2011? The entity in Palestine is certainly a beneficiary of the conflict in Syria and therefore, the Turkish government was in fact assisting the entity in Palestine by waging war against the Syrians!
