If UNRWA had not allowed Hamas operatives to use their facilities to hide operatives and munitions, none of this would be happening and people of Gaza would have a safe place to harbor. I think however that it is too late now, UNRWA has ruined their own reputation by collaborating with the enemy so they have to go, or they can expect more of this if they stay.
