What you need to remember is that the Arabs successfully removed very powerful European armies belonging to the British, the French, the Italians, and yet, the European Jews in Palestine came from ghettos of Eastern Europe where they used to live for many centuries and they were very poor and very hungry people! So how did these Jews from the ghettos of Europe become so powerful? It is because America decided that it would give them the best weapons that were forbidden for the Arabs to buy. Therefore, that and only that is the reason and not because by some magic, the Jews from the ghettos of Europe become powerful.
