In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with
intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as
such:
Intent to destroy conflicts with the Geneva convention when that destruction is based
defending itself after an attack that in fact was a genocide as it targeted Jewish civilians.
The Gaza war is a war where the intention of Hamas is to create a genocide in Gaza on its
population because of their illegal use of humanitarian shelter and human shields. There
is to INTENT TO DESTROY in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, but rather
to DESTROY a TERRORIST ENTERPRISE that do not fall into any of the enumerated people.
