It is because of Palestinian terrorists that Israel spends the bulk of their tax dollars on defending themselves. It is Israel that should get reparations. Let UNRWA pay for the tens of thousands of man hours and materials for a couple of hundred miles of tunnels that Israel had to destroy.
Let who ever is paying for all of weapons and explosives that Hamas uses pay for the damages done.
