There is no evidence the Arabs rejected any thing. They wanted a legal ruling before moving forward with the partition plan. The US and UK would not have it and went ahead with their plan any way. There is also no official documentation that Israel accepted the plan. That is why Israel lays claim to all of Palestine, they never accepted the partition plan.
