This is what it means to be occupied. That Israel decides whether or not Norwegian diplomats can have access to Palestinian territory. The decision for entry doesn’t rest with Palestinians. What Palestinians want in and for their own territory is irrelevant. Israel has decided it doesn’t want Norwegian diplomats in Palestinian territories and it will enforce that decision using force.
Israel is an occupying power. An illegal occupying power in Palestinian territories. (Actually Israel is an occupying power in ALL of Palestine but for the sake of this discussion I restrict myself to the UN-demarcated territories).
