-1- All Gaza civilians should have been displaced immediately after October 7, to the uninhabited areas of Gaza,
where Hamas hadn’t built tunnels & bases, due to a lack of available human-shields there,
and
21- All Gaza civilians should remain displaced until a Gaza-Israel peace agreement is signed,
so that the peoples of Israel and Gaza might believe that the cycle of war is finally broken.
