Okay, did Israel start this 5th. war with Gaza? No.
Did Israel want this war with Gaza? No.
So who started this 5th. war? Answer: Hamas/Gaza by firing over 5,000 rockets into Israel.
Were these 5,000 rockets a war crime? Answer: Yes, because they were unguided and meant kill men, women
and children wherever they landed.
Were any other war crimes on 7th, Oct.? Yes, Hamas slaughtered over 200 men, women and children in Israel who
not armed, non combatant and no threat whatsoever and just attending a
music festival. Blatant war crime.
Then Hamas took over 200 people in Israel as hostages, persons who
were not armed and no threat whatsoever. 3rd. war crime.
Now, does Hamas use schools, hospitals, mosques and other public places to use as headquarters, to store munitions and hide operatives? Answer: yes, that is what terrorists do routinely.
Is using these places for those purposes a war crime? Answer: yes.
Does Hamas use ambulances to transport men and munitions? Answer: yes.
Is this also a war crime? Answer: yes.
So when Hamas uses schools, hospitals, mosques and other public places as headquarters, storage of munitions and soldiers, are these places really “hospitals”, “mosques” and “schools” any more? Answer: No that’s when they become viable military targets, a big difference.
Did the people of Gaza allow Hamas to buss children to the front lines of the year and a half “great march of return” every week for all of this time? Answer: Yes.
And during this time how many Gaza children were killed/injured. Answer: 46 killed and about 8,000 injured.
So does Israel commit war crimes/genocide when they strike the places as I mentioned above? Ans. No, they are legitimate war targets.
So why are civilians using these places to take refuge when they know full well that Hamas is using those facilities as I mentioned above? Answer: because they are complacent with Hamas, to the point they are willing to put themselves and their children in grave danger.
