As discussed in the first weeks of October, 2023, quite probably a few hostages will be kept close to the Sinwar Siblings, as both human shields and eventual bargaining chips for their safe exit from Gaza if the IDF decides to continue to remove the jihadis from power.
The Sinwar Siblings will have left clear orders to their faithful; as with any prophet-lead organization, that upon the deaths of the Sinwar Siblings,, so too must all the hostages will be terminated. Except for one, the youngest, the one that will only remember his jihadi conditioning, the child captive, Kfir Bibas.
So quite likely the IDF and cooperating intel sources know the location of the Sinwar Siblings, but know better than to risk neutralising them, until they can isolate the hostages. Unfortunately, Kfir Bibas is probably already in a Qatari madrassa.
