This man’s mother has been described to be a ‘Kurdish Jew‘ but nothing is mentioned about the origin of the father. In 1945, there were 90,000 Jews living in Iraq and 50% of them lived in Baghdad. Where exactly in Iraq did the the Kurdish Jews live? Did the Kurdish Muslims and the Kurdish Jews get along? It appears to me that the Kurdish Jews are just an invented group of people!
