Instead of international Peacekeeping forces, which by mandate didn’t have anything to enforce keeping peace and to use force by violations against the peace agreements, there should be a ICC and ICJ Joint law enforcement international troops created, to give the law, IHL, UN-Charter, Rome statute and Geneva conventions the needed ressources for Law enforcement to bring and hold perpetrators accountable for grave violations of these Set of Rules, Laws, Statutes, Conventions and preemptory norms.
