What is the use of going back in history of years ago in trying to justify what is going on today? History is just what is, so leave it there. I live in Canada. My ancestors were kicked out of Scotland by the British years ago to make more room to grow sheep, nothing we could do about it. The British shipped us here, and we in turn pushed out the indians and took over the land, now Canada. So today, displacing those natives wouldn’t meet the present standards, so what should we in Canada do now, give back this country to the natives? What happened to the Palestinians? In 1948 they vacated what is now Israel by the hundreds of thousands in order for 5 other Arab countries to destroy the Jews. Why didn’t they stay and fight with them? Because they wanted Israel destroyed and they left because they were confident that would happen. Well it didn’t turn out that way and Israel defeated those countries. Once that happened, the Palestinians lost any ticket for them to return.
