Each time the Hooter Houthies cause leakage to an oil tanker ship, it might be best to minimise the environmental damages by towing the ships ino the enclosed Howdy Doody harbour, and seal the cove entrance off with floating barriers to help reduce the oil returning to the Red Sea. The Hooters can then skim the oil from the harbour water surface and use it for lubrication. But the Hooters are notorious smokers and there is the risk that the harbour could be set ablaze.
