If a survey was done today asking the question if people believe that the European Jews are the descendants of the ancient Hebrews, how many millions of people around the world would agree that they are the descendants of the Hebrews? I do believe that the more people come to understand that the Ashkenazi have no ancestry link connecting them to the Middle East that they may lose the legitimacy to continue to occupy Palestine.
In 1967, French General Charles de Gaulle was very angry at the Jews because he believed that they started in 1967 war. And then he made a speech accusing them of being selfish. In response, David Ben Gurion sent to him a very long letter and he was actually quoting the Bible because he wanted to remind him that as a Christian that he had a duty to believe in the right of the Jews to occupy Palestine. Please understand that if the case of Palestine was like the case of Algeria under the French or Yemen under the British, there would be no need to bring up the racial background of the occupiers because in the case of the French and the British, they never denied who they are.
