Obviously the jihadis do NOT want a cease-fire. They are dedicated to their holy-roller war to exterminate the state of Israeli. So the international press continues to play theatre with the cease-fire, but in reality neither of the belligerents want a cease-fire. The Israelis feel they cannot allow the jihadis to do as promised, and trigger repeats of 7 October 2023. The jihadis need to destabilise Israel as much as possible in order to keep the cash flowing in from funder states. The war has only been a short eleven months and the non combatants have wised up as to how to increase their chances of survival. Mainly to stay away from fighters.
