Compare that to what he says now and understand that European politicians are as two-faced as they come! All that “human rights”, “rule of law” garbage they spout? Matter of expediency. They would commit or support a genocide in a heart beat while telling the world they are champions of “human rights”!
The faster they become irrelevant to the rest of the world, the better of the world will be.
