Turkey, which is 99% Muslim, should not have put itself in an embarrassing position by begging to belong to a group of European Christian countries – but if it was that desperate to belong to them – then Turkey should have just tested the waters by having confidential meetings with those who would decide if they would admit it.
I also believe that Turkey as a Muslim country should not have joined NATO because NATO is certainly the enemies of Muslim countries as NATO was created to bully into submission the weaker nations of the earth, especially those inhabited by dark-skinned people.
