UN expects ‘member states to abide by all resolutions’

A difficult expectation considering the UN organisations do not even know what their own paid employees are busy doing. In example look at the UNRWA involvement within the Palestinian jihadi war machine. The UN is oversized and they deeply infested systemic wastefulness. Without holding the UN responsible, it will continue to flounder.
