{A} – All UN prosecutors, judges, special rapporteurs, etc., who are
both Muslim and involved in cases or issues involving the Jewish State of Israel,
should all absolutely recuse themselves, so that potential bias & antisemitism allegations are avoided.
And,
{B} – This action of the ICC against a non-member, like Israel, proves it, where
-1- Since Israel never signed onto the ICC protocols, the ICC has a “manifest lack of jurisdiction” in the case. And further,
-2- Since “the ICC Prosecutor breached his own court rules (to charge & threaten Israel), by “failing to provide Israel with the opportunity to exercise its right to investigate by itself the claims raised by the Prosecutor, before proceeding,”
-3- Clearly, this Muslim ICC Prosecutor appears to be operating out of Islamic based bias and antisemitism.
