Until the Gaza Strip has a peace treaty with Israel, like Egypt & Jordan,
-1- Israel should not allow any other sort of rebuilding in destroyed Gaza urban areas. So,
-2- Every “Gaza man should have to build housing using only mud, sand and flour bags” by the sea.
