How do you protect civilians when those who have vowed your destruction are imbedded together with them?
How do you make them stop firing missiles, how do you get them to release all the hostages being held against Rule 97 of the Geneva Conventions??
How do you make them stop to firing rockets from among civilians into Israel’s civilian populated areas???
