Blinken is probably not a real blood Jew. Jews in Israel are not allowed to take a DNA family history test. Many there in Israel are more likely Ashkenazi Jews. I can imagine that a thousand years ago most in that northern part of Africa were probably very dark skinned. Today it seems many countries surrounding Israel have dark skin. Not so with the Israel.
